The 36-year-old former Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy accused of sexually assaulting multiple boys before he was hired in 2016 takes a plea deal.
In Rock County Court Thursday afternoon Gary Huber plead guilty to two counts of causing a child to view sexual activity, and two counts of exposing genitals to a child.
Additional charges of first degree sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child, exposing genitals to a child, and three counts of child enticement were dismissed but read into the record.
The prosecution has agreed not to argue for more than two years in prison at sentencing on October 31st.
