A downtown Janesville building that’s been vacant since 2015 could be getting new life soon.
Developer Jim Graft purchased the Riverfront Centre building in 2016.
Graft says he had to fill in part of the basement to put in nine underground parking spaces.
Graft says the plan is to construct five 2,000 square foot luxury apartments, along with 6,000 to 7,000 feet of retail space.
