HealthNet of Rock County is providing free oral, skin, breast, and prostate cancer screenings Wednesday afternoon.
Medical Clinic Director Keisha Owens says treating cancer is easier and cure rates are higher when cancers are detected in their earliest stages.
Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome from 3:00 until 7:00 Wednesday afternoon at 113 South Franklin Street in Janesville.
Owens says the tests only take 10 to 15 minutes.
