A 23-year-old Illinois man, who was one of five people arrested when a narcotics search warrant was served on a residence in Milton last fall, takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.
According to online court records Tuesday morning Andre M Flowers plead guilty to a single count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescriptions, and four counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record.
Flowers faces up to 12-and-a-half years in prison at sentencing on January 23rd.
