They asked for 50, but the Janesville School District got responses from 85 community members interested in being part of group who will work on the district’s strategic plan.
Superintendent Mark Holzman says amount of responses is awesome, and they might even have to pare it down a little bit, but they’ll try to increase the number from the original 50 they thought they would need.
Holzman says none of the 85 people who responded are students, so hey and work group members were likely to meet with student stakeholder groups in the future.
Holzman says they’ll let people know early next week if they’ve been selected to be a part of the group.
he group is scheduled to meet first on Monday, September 25th at Marshall Middle School.
