Hendricks Commercial Properties hopes to break ground on its new entertainment venue on the Ironworks campus in January.
City Planner Hilary Rottmann says plans for Henry Dorrbaker’s were approved back in March.
Rottmann says the project is coming back before the Plan Commission Wednesday night because the developer is looking to expand the plans to include indoor pickleball courts.
The previous plans already included duck pin bowling, an arcade, indoor yard games, two stages for live performances, bars, and space food food trucks to pull up.
