According to a release from the US District Attorney’s office, Misael Dominguez-Adorno is charged with two counts of using minors to produce child pornography.
The indictment charges Dominguez-Adorno with using two minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of the conduct, and the indictment alleges he created videos in October of 2020 and March of 2022.
Dominguez-Adorno was arrested in Beloit Thursday, and if convicted faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in federal prison on each charge.
Dominguez-Adorno is making his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Madison Thursday the 12th.
