The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
69-year-old Duane Huber is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville Tuesday.
Huber was convicted in 1994 in Rock County of two counts of first degree sexual assault of a child.
While living in Janesville Huber is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
