Parking tickets were a major revenue generator for the City of Janesville last week.
The Janesville Police Department wrote a total of 662 parking citations during the snow storms during the week of January 8th.
The fine for parking on the street during a winter weather emergency is $50. That means the City of Janesville issued over $33,000 in parking tickets.
