The Janesville Plan Commission give the thumbs up to some sorely needed multi family housing.
Last year the Plan Commission voted down the 12-unit development at 1702 East Racine Street.
Senior Planner Brian Schweigl says the developer listened to what the Plan Commission had to say and made some changes to the plan.
Those changes included widening the property’s drive aisle by reducing the width of the buildings, as well as including additional green space between two of the buildings.
