A 24-year-old from Milton is free on a signature bond for a single charge of possession of child pornography.
Mario Fernandez made his initial appearance before Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Tuesday morning.
As part of his bond, Fernandez is not allowed to possess or use any devices that access the Internet.
According to the criminal complaint a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led Milton Police to Fernandez’ Discord account which contained 12 images of child pornography.
