United Way Blackhawk Region welcomes two new directors to its volunteer board

The United Way Blackhawk Region has two new directors on its volunteer board.

President and CEO Mary Fanning-Penny says Jerry Gabrielatos and Jean Randles both bring a passion to serving the most vulnerable members of the community and both have an interest in propelling the UWRB’s mission forward.

Gabrielatos, who is also Beloit’s City Manager, says the United Way is hub of many spokes on the non-profit wheel, and by joining the group, he’s able to learn more about the organizations during great work in the community.

Scott Fischer, Derek Hahn, and Kayla Hiller are all departing members of the volunteer board.
