The School District of Beloit Jazz bands are looking forward to putting on a show, with some tasty items on the menu.
Beloit Memorial Band Director Chris Behrens says their Hot Chili and Cool Jazz concert is a new take on their old spaghetti dinner show, and the menu includes chili, hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
Behrens says the high school jazz band and the Fruzen-Aldrich Jazz Ensemble will play music from artists such as Duke Ellington, Herbie Hancock, County Basie, among others.
The event starts at 2pm on February 18th in the Beloit Memorial High School cafeteria.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12, and kids under 5 are free.
