A 42-year-old Janesville man is facing charges after a weekend traffic crash. A news release indicates Janesville police officers responded to the 2100 block of Rockport Road about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Police say a vehicle driven by Charles A. Culver struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. Officers say Culver looked to be impaired and was put through standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested on charges including Operating while Revoked, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, and Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense.
