The Janesville man accused of striking and killing 34 year old Kelby R. Hall of Janesville before driving off will have to wait a little longer for a preliminary hearing.
23-year-old Noe Perez Reyes showed up without an attorney in front of Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig Tuesday morning.
Because Perez Reyes’ attorney wasn’t present and had failed to file a notice of retainer with the court, an adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for March 7th.
Perez Reyes faces a single charge of hit-and-run causing death in connection with the February 10th incident that occurred in the 600 block of West Milwaukee Street.
Perez Reyes is currently free on a $3000 cash bond.
