United Way Blackhawk Region plans Live United celebration
Tickets are on sale now for the United Way Blackhawk Region’s annual Live United Celebration. President and CEO Mary Fanning-Penny says it will take place at 11:30 a.m. on March 13th at the Eclipse Center in Beloit.
