Jonathan Richardson appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag last week where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of fleeing an officer, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting an officer, and two counts of bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, Richardson was arrested with the assistance of a drone when he fled after crashing his jeep following a chase early the morning of March 10th. Two occupants were left inside Richardson’s vehicle.
