A 54-year-old homeless man is under arrest for drunken driving for the fourth time after police found him passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at a gas station in Janesville.
Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to West Court Street Kwik Trip just before 2 a.m. Wednesday for a report of two people sleeping in a vehicle.
Police woke up the driver, Dennis Hayes. Authorities say he showed signs of impairment and failed several field sobriety tests.
He was taken into custody on suspicion of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated.
