A 54-year-old Janesville man is arrested on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense. A Rock County Sheriff’s Office news release indicates deputies were called to Lions Quick Mart on West Highway 14 a little before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday for a welfare check. Deputies say employees reported a man, later identified as Kirk Pfisterer, appeared to be intoxicated and was knocking items off the shelves while making his way through the store. A deputy located Pfisterer and confirmed he arrived alone in a vehicle. Field sobriety tests were conducted and Pfisterer was arrested.
