A 49-year-old Beloit man who is accused of raping an 11-year-old takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.
According to online court records Wednesday Kenney Erdmann plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a child, and disorderly conduct. An additional charge of second degree sexual assault of a child was dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Karl Hanson sentenced Erdmann to 181 days in the Rock County Jail, which Erdmann has already served, as he’s been held in custody on a $25,000 cash bond since last November.
According to the criminal complaint, Erdmann waited until the victim’s mother went to work in order to sexually assault her at a home on the 2000 block of Nelson Avenue in Beloit.
