The first annual Stateline Nonprofit Summit in Beloit is giving non-profit leaders the chance to become better equipped.
Beloit Cares Executive Director Sarah Hawthorne says it’s a chance for them to learn how to better lead, steward, and communicate their mission going forward.
Hawthorne says often time, non-profit leaders have to travel to places like Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay to receive this training, so they wanted to be able to provide something local.
