Human trafficking suspect given signature bond

scales-of-justice-2

The 64-year-old Beloit man accused of running a crack house on Porter Avenue where women had sex for drugs and money while possibly being unknowingly filmed is released from the Rock County Jail on a signature bond.
Dennis Hereford is charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, keeping a place of prostitution, and human trafficking.
In Rock County Court Thursday afternoon Court Commissioner Jack Hoag agreed to reduce Hereford’s bail from $5000 cash to a signature bond. Hereford reportedly suffers from stage four cancer.
As part of Hereford’s bond conditions, he’s not allowed to have any women in his home between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
