The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office is releasing the name of the 39-year-old Fort Atkinson man who authorities say died in a two-vehicle crash in the town of Albion over the weekend.
The Medical Examiner’s Office says preliminary results of an autopsy confirm that Andrew J. Jorgenson died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the accident near the intersection of Edgerton Road and Highway 73 around 10:30 p.m. Friday.
The sheriff’s office says the crash left others in the vehicles hospitalized. There’s been no new word on the status of others hurt in the crash, or the circumstances that led to the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
