A 22-year-old Janesville man who was on probation for taking up-skirt pictures of a customer at the Walgreens on Kettering Street in Janesville is now facing child pornography charges.
According to the criminal complaint, Janesville Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about an Instagram accounting belonging to Xavier M. Braker which contained child pornography.
Investigators found a number of images and videos of young children being sexually assaulted. They also found messages between Braker and another person where he expressed an interest in sexually assaulting a child himself and claimed to have molested a young relative while they slept.
Braker currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond on five counts of possession of child pornography and felony bail jumping.
