The Janesville woman found to have her young child in the car when the State Patrol pulled her over for driving the wrong way down Highway 59 appears in Rock County Court.
Abbigail Billups faces a charge of operating while intoxicated, third offense with a passenger under the age of 16.
The incident happened around 11:00 Sunday night in Milton.
Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set cash bond at $1,200. Billups is due back in Rock County Court for her preliminary hearing on June 10th.
