YWCA Rock County Racial Justice Director Aimee Leavy says the Juneteenth Celebration is a way to commemorate the end of slavery in the U-S.
Leavy says a day of cultural events, good music, and great food are planned for June 15th from noon until 8:00 p-m at Telfer Park in Beloit.
