The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
Justin Charles will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on June 26th.
Charles was convicted on three counts of possession of child pornography in 2012 in Washington County.
While living in Janesville, Charles is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
