A veteran-led humanitarian organization is among the entities providing aid to citizens of Janesville affected by a tornado that ripped through town nearly two weeks ago.
Team Rubicon Public Information Officer Kevin Ryan says crew have been in Rock County since Friday.
Ryan says volunteers have been helping cut up and drag tree debris to the curb. They also helped tarp a roof that had a branch fall through.
Ryan says they’ve received a total of 19 requests for assistance, and so far they’ve completed 15 of them.
