A 64-year-old Janesville man is facing charges after a disturbance near downtown Janesville. A police news release says officers were flagged down just before 8:00 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of South Main Street after a citizen observed a man and woman physically fighting in a vehicle. Officers say the citizen intervened and assisted the female out of the vehicle. The suspect is accused of fleeing the scene and striking the citizen. Police say the vehicle was found two blocks away and the driver, Timothy Graesslin showed signs of impairment. Graesslin was arrested on charges including Operating While Intoxicated 8th Offense and Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
