A 28-year-old Janesville man is accused of threatening two off-duty law enforcement officers and throwing bricks at their house.
Timothy McAdory Jr is charged in Rock County Court with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officers, criminal damage to property, and felony bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, the victims returned from a night out on July 5th when McAdory, who is a neighbor, began threatening with violence. They retreated into their house, at which point McAdory started throwing bricks at the residence.
Janesville Police had to obtain a search warrant to break down McAdory’s door after he refused to come out. K-9 Grand was called in to help take McAdory into custody.
McAdory made his initial appearance in Rock County Court this week where cash bond was set at $500.
