Police say a Janesville woman bit a police officer and tried to take her taser, all while a K-9 Viktos was biting her.

25-year-old Krista Eash is charged in Rock County Court with resisting an officer causing a soft tissue injury, battery to a law enforcement officer, attempt to disarm a police officer, and five counts of felony bail jumping.

According to the criminal complaint, a Janesville Police Officer was trying to arrest Eash last Wednesday for five active felony warrants when the fight ensued.

K-9 Viktos latched onto Eash’s right butt cheek, but she continued to resist arrest. When the officer got out her taser, Eash tried grabbing it and rolling over. She eventually bit the officer.

Eash was taken into custody after other officers arrived and tased her.

Eash made her initial appearance in Rock County Court this week where cash bond was set at $7,500.
