The 28-year-old Janesville man accused of threatening two off-duty law enforcement officers and throwing bricks at their house is bound over for trial.

Last week in Rock County Court Timothy McAdory Jr waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and felony bail jumping.

According to the criminal complaint, the victims returned from a night out on July 5th when McAdory, who is a neighbor, began threatening with violence. They retreated into their house, at which point McAdory started throwing bricks at the residence.

Janesville Police had to obtain a search warrant to break down McAdory’s door after he refused to come out. K-9 Grand was called in to help take McAdory into custody.

McAdory is due back in Rock County Court for a calendar call in October.
