Authorities say a Janesville woman is in jail after cops spotted her driving drunk on West Court Street with no headlights.
It was about midnight on Sunday morning when Janesville police say they arrested 66-year-old Peggy Chase-Milam of Janesville for driving intoxicated.
Police say her vehicle had no headlights on as she blew a red light at West Court and Pearl streets.
Chase-Milam is cited for felony sixth-offense drunk driving after she showed signs of impairment.
She refused field sobriety tests and police had to get a search warrant to get a sample of her blood.
She remains in Rock County jail pending a court hearing.
