A 57-year-old Janesville man pleads guilty to three counts of repeated sexual assault of a child.
Spencer Wayne Markham is accused of raping a baby sitter, his own daughter, and a granddaughter with the assaults dating back to the mid 1990’s.
Markham’s wife Kelly and his 27-year-old son Cody are also facing child sexual assault and incest charges in Rock County Court.
Cody Markham is due back in Rock County Court for an adjourned initial appearance on August 21st. A jury trial for Kelly Markham is scheduled to begin in November.
Spencer Markham is facing over 100 years in prison at his sentencing on November 6th.
