A local family turns to the community for support in the wake of a fatal crash that killed a 70-year-old Janesville man and his 52-year-old girlfriend over the weekend.
Wayne Caswell’s family has set up a Gofundme page to help cover the cost of his final expenses and to pursue legal action against the man accused of killing their dad, 32-year-old Koty Diaz of Janesville.
Diaz is being held in the Rock County Jail on a $1 million cash bond on two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, two counts of knowingly operating with revoked causing death, and operating while intoxicated, second offense.
A celebration of life is planned for Wayne on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the VFW in Janesville.
