A 45-year-old Janesville man is facing a variety of charges after being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 6th offense.  A Janesville police news release says about 11:30 p.m. Thursday, an officer stopped Joaquin Tomas Sipriano for speeding at East Milwaukee Street and North Parker Drive.  The release reports Sipriano had a strong odor of intoxicants coming from his person, and during the stop refused to exit the vehicle and put it into drive in an attempt to leave.  Once out of the vehicle, police say Sipriano failed field sobriety tests.  He was arrested on charges including Operating while intoxicated, Failing to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and Resisting an Officer.  Sipriano was also currently out of jail on bond for other charges of Operating while Intoxicated.
