The City of Janesville is taking a new approach to improving its housing stock.
A new initiative designed to support single-family homeowners with low to moderate income with funding essential exterior home improvements.
Housing Programs Specialist Ana Boden says it’s called the Revive & Thrive program.
Boden says deferred loans of up to $24,999 will be available for repair or replacement of roofing, windows, exterior doors, or siding.
Applications are available on the City of Janesville’s website.
