
A Beloit teenager who’s charged in connection with a non-fatal shooting in April waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock county Court.
16-year-old Navarion Lamm is charged in adult court with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, discharging a firearm from a vehicle towards a person, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
Lamm and 17-year-old Giselle Janisch were arrested after a high school student was shot in the hip in the 1500 block of Porter Avenue while watching a relative jump on a trampoline.
Janisch has yet to be charged in the incident.
Lamm is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond.
