
A 31-year-old Janesville man who led police on a high-speed chase in March takes a plea deal in Rock county Court.
Janesville Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Jonathan Richardson for speeding just before 2:00 a.m. on March 10th.
Richardson led police on a chase, eventually hitting a curb and crashing.
Richardson ran off but was apprehended with the help of a drone. Two occupants ere left inside the vehicle.
According to online court records, last month Richardson plead guilty to second-degree recklessly endangering, resisting an officer, two counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer.
Judge John Wood found Richardson guilty on all counts except recklessly endangering safety. That charge was held open and could eventually be dismissed.
Richardson was sentenced to three years of probation.
