The Beloit Police Department is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the city.
Nicholas J. Milberger, 30, now resides at 1216 Portland Ave. as of Friday.
Milberger was convicted of four counts of possession of child pornography in 2016.
Milberger is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with minors, having contact with the victim, using drugs, and he must comply with standard sex offender rules.
Beloit police expect Milberger to comply with the above rules. If people observe any violations, they should call the Rock County Communications Center non-emergency number at 608-757-2244.
