A 54-year-old Belvidere, Illinois man is facing his third operating while intoxicated charge following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in the town of Fulton.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were dispatched to the intersection of North Hillside Road and East Maple Beach Drive just after 5:00 p.m. on the report of a traffic crash.
A deputy conducted field sobriety tests on one of the drivers, Larry White after noticing he smelled of intoxicants.
White was taken into custody on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, third offense.
