A Janesville woman makes her initial appearance in Rock County Court on charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, physical abuse of a child, disorderly conduct, and three counts of bail jumping.

37-year-old Regina Walker is accused of attacking a woman carrying a three-year-old child, holding a knife to her throat, and hitting the toddler with a stick.

On Monday Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set cash bond at $2,500.

Back in December Walker was charged with drunkenly driving over a fire house and onto the scene of an active residential fire the Janesville Fire Department was fighting at her home.
