Authorities identify the man who died this weekend when he struck a farm implement while driving on Highway 14.

Kevin R. Bahe, 58, of Darlington was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the highway bridge over the Rock River west of Janesville on Saturday.

The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office says Bahe died of injuries suffered in the crash.

Bahe was driving east over the bridge late Saturday Saturday morning when his vehicle hit a piece of farm machinery being towed by a tractor in the oncoming lane.

Bahe had a 68-year-old female passenger who was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The tractor driver did not need medical treatment.
