The Rock County Salvation Army expects to serve hundreds of meals in Beloit and Janesville this Thanksgiving.
Lieutenant Jennifer Rysdyk says the meal in Beloit will run from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on November 26th, which is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
The meal in Janesville will take place from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28th at 514 Sutherland Avenue.
Rysdyk says the Salvation Army has only gotten about 10 frozen turkeys and hams so far, and they need about 60. Donations can be dropped off at the Salvation Army in Beloit or Janesville.
