The 23-year-old Orfordville man who escaped from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office by jumping out of a window after being arrested for strangling his girlfriend in 2018 is in trouble with the law again.

Quantrell Schwartzlow is charged in Rock County Court with stalking with a previous violent crime conviction and stalking as a repeater.

According to the criminal complaint, Schwartzlow created multiple fake social media accounts and sent his original victim pictures and videos of himself engaging in sexual activities with another man. He also hacked into her accounts and sent pictures and messages to other people.

Schwartzlow is accused of taking the second victim to the location where he choked the first victim, and then describing his crime in detail. When she became uncomfortable and cut off contact, he stalked her in a similar manner to the first victim.

Schwartzlow made his initial appearance in Rock County Court this week where cash bond was set at $50,000.
