A Beloit man is accused of holding a loaded gun to his wife’s neck and threatening to kill her, her entire family, and their dog.
33-year-old David Song made his initial appearance before Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday afternoon on charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, operating a firearm with a controlled substance, and disorderly conduct.
Hoag set cash bond at $5,000 and order that Song have no contact with the victim – not even to retrieve his belongings.
Song is due back in Rock County court for his preliminary hearing on January 6th.
