The massive soybean processing plant coming to Evansville appears to be sparking economic development.
Tiffany Mielke and the Malone family are breaking ground on a new Culver’s restaurant at 60 N. Union St. on Feb. 18.
The new Culver’s restaurant will be located next to Trapper’s on Highway 14.
Mielke says they hope to eventually hire 40 to 50 people and open at the end of July.
The Evansville Plan Commission also recently approved a new Kwik Trip gas station and convenience store at the corner of Highway 14 and County Road M.
