A 30-year-old man is dead and another man injured after a late night traffic crash in Rock County. The sheriff’s office reports responding to a single vehicle crash in the 5100 block of North Newville Road in the Town of Janesville about 11:00 p.m. Tuesday. A news release says an investigation revealed the vehicle was traveling southbound, exited the roadway, and collided with a tree causing it to overturn. The Janesville Fire Department, Lakeside Fire-Rescue, Janesville police, Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office, and Rock County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Team all assisted with the incident. The investigation is on-going.
