A Beloit man is accused of having sex with a child he knew when he was a teenager. Prosecutors say a 14-year-old girl informed Beloit police on February 12th that 23-year-old Ethan Montana Brown had sexual intercourse with her on two occasions when she was seven-years-old at his home in the 200 block of Moccasin Trail in Beloit. Police determined that these events took place between September 1st, 2017 and January 3rd, 2018, when Brown was 16-years-old.
Brown is charged with Child Enticement. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
