The City of Beloit Parks & Recreation Division is asking the public for ideas about possible improvements to Hilliard Park.
Beloit Communications Director Sarah Lock says they have launched an online survey to help guide future investments and upgrades at the park. The survey can be found at beloitrecreation.com through May 30th. The city has 75-thousand-dollars set aside for playground improvements. Hilliard Park is located on the Southwest Side of the city and is home to a nine-hole disc golf course, one of the first to be built in Wisconsin.
